  Waterborne polyurethane dispersion (PUD) is eco-friendly, high-performance solutions for wood and plastic coatings, offering low VOC emissions and safer use compared to traditional solvent-based systems.

Product Introduction

  Aliphatic polyurethane dispersion WL-PU331 provide exceptional benefits in wood coating applications due to their superior balance of durability, flexibility, and appearance. As a solvent-free aliphatic polyurethane dispersion, WL-PU331 offers outstanding non-yellowing and weather resistance, ensuring long-lasting clarity and protection of wood surfaces. It delivers excellent water and chemical resistance, along with good hardness and flexibility, which enhance both surface strength and adaptability. In addition, its excellent flow and defoaming properties contribute to smooth, defect-free finishes, making it ideal for high-performance wood and plastic coatings.

  In originally closed containers WL-PU331 are stable when stored at 20℃ for 6 months after delivery date. The recommended temperature range is 5~30℃. Freezing or storage at higher temperature than 30℃, can affect the viscosity or the average particle size and finally lead to a sedimentation or coagulation. A contamination with bacteria, fungi or algae can damage the product irreversibly
